HOT SPOT OF THE WEEK! Wunsche Bros.

This week’s KleinLiving Hot Spot is Wunsche Bros. It’s an American restaurant with a Texas accent located at Old Town Spring. 103 Midway St.

Old Town Spring is a charming historical area located near the rail yards that were built in the early 1900s.  It is home to more than 100 small family-owned businesses from clothing, art, furniture, food, and much more. One of the most traditional restaurants in Old Town Spring is Wunsche Bros, which started around 1902. The place was recently updated and offers a dining area, party rooms, an outdoor patio, and a rooftop bar.

I love this place so much because of the historical and casual atmosphere. It is fun to imagine what it was like to live in the 1900s and be part of the Legendary Cafe. The addition of the patio is great; it allows for a lovely space to have lunch and enjoy the Old Town sights.
Last week we ordered Queso, Rotisserie Chicken with green beans, Sausage, and Big Dipper fries. The service was great; the food was served promptly. The rotisserie chicken was my favorite; it was juicy and well-seasoned.
