This week’s KleinLiving Hot Spot is Taqueria los 2 carnales. It’s a street tacos food truck on 19234 Kuykendahl Rd, Spring, TX 77379.
Our favorite Churro King truck is in the same area, at the intersection of Kuykendahl and Spring Cypress. I believe they have had the tacos truck for a while in a different location, the Churro King owner has recommended us to go, but we haven’t. They recently moved to this new location by The Churro King, and we tried it.
Last week we ordered Quesadilla, Quesabirria, and Torta. All three were really good. The Quesabirria is made with pull pork, it was good, but it has a robust seasoning for me. My favorites were the quesadilla, which was big and had a lot of cheese, and the Torta, the bread was surprisingly good, nice and crunchy but not too hard. What filled the sandwich (torta) was also fantastic; I couldn’t stop eating it after I began.
