Real Estate last month was steady! The pandemic Real Estate market has officially come to a close. 2023 is shaping up to be the best year for homebuying since the start of the pandemic.
Here’s our December 2022 Real Estate Market update. Historically, home prices and inventory are lower in the winter since people are busy with the holidays. In our market, the median home price is $290K, with average days on the market of 25 days and a lower inventory of homes for sale than in November 2022.
All of these changes affect home values, including yours.
