This week Klein, Texas Local Business is “Wacky Mongolian Grill”. It’s a Mongolian barbecue restaurant where the dishes are stir fried with your own selection of veggies and meat; located on 21212 Kuykendahl Rd.
I like this place because it has a good variety of fresh vegetables and meats. The way it work is that you get your own bowl and you will choose from the vegetables and meats available to create your own stir fried. After filling the bowl you choose which sauce the stir fried will be cooked with and a side dish, which could be white rice, fried rice, Mongolian noodles or regular noodles.
This is a great place if you have some diet restrictions because you can design your own dish and you can make it low fat too. I usually prefer to have the noodles on the side that way I can control how much I want to eat from my carbs.
Last week I ordered a bowl with chicken, beef, mushrooms, broccoli, onions and a little bit of bourbon sauce. And, a side of Mongolian noodles. It was really tasty and fulfilling.
