This week KleinLiving Hot Spot of the Week is “Tejas Chocolate & Barbecue”. It’s a barbecue joint featuring craft chocolate; located on Old Town Tomball.
I love this place so much because its a casual joint with great barbecue and delicious crafted chocolates.
Last week we ordered “Lean Brisket”, “Turkey”, “Sausage”, “potato salad”, “Carrot Soufflé” and “Chocolate Bread Pudding”.
We eat brisket frequently, but Tejas’ lean brisket was exceptionally moist, tender and flavorful… we should have ordered more! Yet, the star of the meal was the “Chile Relleno” sausage with pepper and cheese… do yourself a favor and go get some! Sides were as tasty as always with our favorite Carrot Souflle being sweet and fluffy.
