What We Ate
Our culinary journey began with their golden-brown Curry Puffs, delightfully crispy pastries served with a refreshing cucumber sauce. These empanada-like treats offer the perfect introduction to Thai flavors. The star of our meal was the Pad Thai, featuring perfectly cooked rice noodles adorned with plump, succulent shrimp and fresh bean sprouts, creating an ideal balance of sweet, tangy, and savory notes.The Yellow Curry, a masterpiece of Thai cuisine, arrived steaming with tender chunks of chicken and potatoes swimming in a rich, aromatic coconut-based sauce. We paired it with their Thai-style coconut rice, which transformed the curry experience into something even more luxurious, as the fragrant rice perfectly complemented the curry’s complex flavors.
