Here’s our June 2023 Real Estate Market update. 📈
The inventory of homes for sale went up 13% compared to May 2023, but the number of sold homes went down by 3%; still a very steady and healthy market since the days on the market has gone down on average to 17 days with a median home price of $291,500.
All of these changes affect home values, including yours.
