Here’s our May Real Estate Market update. 📈
The inventory of homes for sale is slowly picking up, with 19 days to sell, almost a week less than the previous month. There were 200 more sales in May than in April, so if you are on the edge of the decision to put your house on the market, this is the time. The median price has gone up to $290K; for the buyer, if this is your target budget, you will find much competition, so you need to act quickly when the house hits the market.
All of these changes affect home values, including yours.
