This week’s KleinLiving Hot Spot is This Food Truck. It’s a Pakistani Fusion food truck located at 17649 Stuebner Airline Rd. Spring, TX 77379.
Last week we ordered Malai Sandwich, Spicy Chicken Sandwich, and Red Charga with rice. They use their special Malai chicken chopped inside a bread roll with pepper jack cheese for the Malai sandwich. The chicken was flavorful and tender, with crispy fries. The spicy chicken was not too spicy, very flavorful and crisp, and well balanced with the cole slaw and a side of fries. Both sandwiches were made to order, in reasonable sizes, and fulfilling. My favorite was the Red Charga, a whole dry fried chicken that comes in a bag; it looks red and has a lot of unique flavors. It was juicy and tender and paired well with the rice.
