Here’s our April Real Estate Market update. 📈
The number of houses for sale in our area has been steady from January through April. The median sale price at $285K was lower in April than in March but higher than in February, so the median sales price is still trending higher toward the summer market and the high season. And houses are selling quickly, in less than a month, at 24 days.
All of these changes affect home values, including yours.
