Real Estate in our area, last month was good!
Here’s our March Real Estate Market update.
There were fewer homes for sale, but we had more houses sold; than the previous month, February 2023. Houses are selling rather quickly, in about a month. Also, the median price for a home is starting to go back up to $293K.
All of these changes affect home values, including yours.
