January Real Estate was a slow month for home sales!
Here’s our January 2023 Real Estate Market update.
All housing segments experienced declines in January, reflecting more of a return to seasonal home sales trending of pre-pandemic sales volume. There was a drop in single-family home sales and a lower inventory of homes available, with an increase of days on the market to 35 days.
All of these changes affect home values, including yours.
