This week’s KleinLiving Hot Spot is Noodle Kitchen. It’s a Chinese restaurant specializing in hand-made noodles, dumplings, and baos; located at 18363 Kuykendahl Rd, Spring, TX 77379.
We ordered Lan Zhou Beef Noodle Soup, Steam Pork Scallion Bao, Chasiu Bao, Crispy Peking Duck Bao, and Red Bean Bao. All Bao were fresh and warm, each in their baskets. The steam bao was very soft, and the pork was nicely seasoned. The Cha Siu Bao is one of my favorites because of the rich BBQ pork filling. It was my first time trying the Crispy Peking Duck Bao, and it was fantastic, crispy, and delicious. And the noodle soup was good, with fresh noodles and tender beef.
