This week’s KleinLiving Hot Spot is Tony’s. It’s an Italian deli; located on Kuykendahl, Spring.
Tony’s has been on our list of local places to try for a while and recently we noticed that It made the list of 100 best restaurants in Houston. So, we decide to head over there and try their sandwiches.
I love this place because it is unpretentious with unique selection of sandwiches, hot and cold made to order. They have great quality of ingredients, from the premium meat, the cheeses and rolls.
We ordered Chicken Parm, Beef Melt, and Cannoli. Who knew that Chicken Parm in a “sandwich” would taste so good. This is a handheld version of the tastiest chicken Parmesan you’ve ever had. The roll has a hint of pizza dough and will not fall apart as you are enjoying this creation. The Beef melt was fantastic, the roll was light and crispy, the roast beef was great quality and I love all the melted provolone. The sandwiches are big, so make sure you are hungry!!…or you can save half for later 😉
