HOT SPOT OF THE WEEK! Fukuda

This week’s KleinLiving Hot Spot is Fukuda. It’s a Japanese Restaurant; located on I-I-45 N in The Woodlands.

Sushi is one of our favorite foods and Fukuda has been a family favorite for more than 10 years. We love their restaurant, how fresh is the sushi, and their service. We have known many of their servers for many years, especially our friend d Akia chan, who always takes good care of us. We have celebrated many birthdays and special occasions with them and continue to be preferred customers because their sushi is the best, in quality, freshness, taste, and originality.

Last week we ordered Takoyaki as an appetizer and four sushi specialty rolls: Crazy Hawaiian, Rainbow Dragon, Dark, and Surfy Turfy.

The Takoyaki was really good, crispy outside and soft and warm on the inside; very tasty. We also had miso soup, it is always great. The sushi rolls were fresh and delicious, the rainbow Dragon is my favorite, I love the combination of the sweetness of mango, the crunchy of the eel tempura, and the spicy mayo. Surfy turfy is also my favorite, the sliced beef and lemon on the outside is a different touch, we like it with a miso dressing on top. The Crazy Hawaiian, was different with the strawberry on top, if you like a little sweetness in your rolls, this is the one for you.  The Daraku was a little too spicy for me but it was hubby’s favorite.
