This week’s KleinLiving Hot Spot is Bay Fusion. It’s a Vietnamese Asian restaurant; located on Louetta Rd close to I-45.
I love this place so much because it has a good variety of Vietnamese dishes and Asian-inspired dishes. The place is open and clean with colorful decorations. The server was very nice and the food is made from scratch.
Last week we ordered “Fresh Spring Rolls”, “Coconut Curry” and “44-Mekong Delta Grill”. The spring rolls came with shrimp, they were fresh and the peanut sauce was rich and creamy. The Coconut Curry is a milk-based curry soup with chicken, vegetables, and white rice. The chicken was nicely cooked and the flavors of the curry were very satisfying. The 44-Mekong was my favorite, the beef was really tender and flavorful.
