This week’s KleinLiving Hot Spot is Chicken Salad Chick – Spring. It’s a chain outlet that specializes in chicken salad sandwiches, soups, and sweet treats; located on Kuykendahl.
One time looking for a place to have a quick lunch, I came across Chicken Salad Chick – Spring. It is a nice, clean place with a casual and friendly ambiance. The people that work at the Spring location are friendly and provide a good service. I’ve been to the restaurant many times and I love it because their chicken salad is very tasty with many different flavors to choose from. The food is made from scratch daily with fresh ingredients. All the chicken salads can be served in a scoop or a sandwich.
Last week, We ordered a classic Carol in a croissant and Lauryn’s Lemon Basil also in a croissant with a side of Broccoli salad. The Classic Carol is a traditional southern flavor with celery and mayonnaise. I love Lauryn’s Lemon Basil because it’s a chicken salad with a twist of lemon, pecan, and fresh basil.
