HOT SPOT OF WEEK! Yoko Ramen

This week’s KleinLiving Hot Spot is “Yoko Ramen”. It’s a noodle house; located on F.M 2920, Spring.

It’s a small family-owned noodle house that serves variations of Japanese ramen, bento boxes, and small bites. We found about this place by serendipity. A few weeks ago we were looking to order something online and found that Yoko Ramen was very close and the pictures of their food were really appealing. Since we were really surprised about the quality of the food we decided to pay them a visit.

I love this place so much because their ramen is delicious and made from scratch and their steam buns are fantastic. They cooked to order, it is all fresh and very tasty. And, their service is fast.

Last week we ordered “Yummy Cashu Bun” and “Gyoza” for an appetizer. My son had “Chicken Katsu with Curry Sauce Bento”, my hubby got “Spicy Miso Ramen” and I had “Wonton Ramen”.

Gyozas were really good, they were cooked really well and had tons of flavor. The steam buns were amazing, they were deliciously soft, a little sweet, and warm. the bbq pork filling was very tasty. The Bento box was ok, my son will like to try a different one next time. The Ramen was amazing, the broth was super flavorful, the vegetable was fresh. I like the chicken wontons. My hubby loved the spiciness of the spicy miso. We will definitely keep them in mind for Ramen and small bites, perfect for this cold weather.
