This week’s KleinLiving Hot Spot is “Kings Blu Jam Cafe”. It’s Louisiana inspire Breakfast-Brunch and Lunch Cafe located on Louetta Rd. in Spring, TX.
Since we found this place back in 2020, this has been one of our favorite breakfast places. We love to go on weekends and enjoy a hearty and fulfilling breakfast.
What I love about Kings Blu Jam Cafe is the unique combination of flavors. They have traditional food like egg benedicts, waffles, pancakes, and even huevos rancheros with a cajun twist. Their food is always fresh and tasty. And, they use local produce and everything is made from scratch in the cafe. Also, the owner and servers are exceptionally friendly and provide a relaxed and casual atmosphere for a family meal.
Last week we ordered “Huevos Rancheros” and “Florentine Benedicts” for breakfast.
The “Small Huevos Rancheros” with two scramble eggs served on corn tortillas, black beans, cheddar jack cheese, and fresh ranchero sauce. This dish has a great combination of spiciness in the ranchero sauce, egg and cheese, and pork sausage. One of my favorites is the “Florentine Egg Benedicts”, the eggs were perfectly cooked and runny and they are a great combination with the spinach and the pesto sauce. They made their own pesto sauce.
