This week, KleinLiving Hot Spot of The Week is “Avanti at Creekside”. It’s an Italian wine bar; located on Creekside Forest, Tomball.
Avanti is a family-owned Italian restaurant with a menu that features creative interpretations of modern and regional Italian cuisine.
I love this place so much because their food is delicious and different. Their service is good and they have an awesome patio area.
A couple of weeks ago, we meet with some friends for appetizers and drinks. For appetizers, we ordered, “Burrata”, and “Polpo”. And, we also have a Red wine flight and some cocktails.
The Burrata is my favorite, it is a smoked burrata cheese on a bed of arugula, heirloom tomatoes, and prosciutto di Parma. It was fresh and delicious. The “Polpo”, is grilled octopus, arugula, baby heirloom tomatoes, watermelon radishes, salsa verde, and herb roasted potatoes.
My husband liked his wine flight, he got to try 4 different types of reds and chose and an extra glass of French red wine.
We also ordered “Lobster Mezzaluna”, “Bucatini Carbonara”, “Seafood Risotto” and “Eggplant Parmigiana” and the “Almond Cake”. All the food was delicious and the presentation superb. Next time, we will take some pictures, it was so good that we forgot.
They have Live Music most weekends on their patio, looking towards the Creekside Plaza. Check their website for Live Music dates.
