HOT SPOT OF THE WEEK: Caroline’s Healthy Eatery

This week Klein, Texas Local Business is “Caroline’s Healthy Eatery“. It’s American food restaurant, specialized in healthy food; located on Louetta Crossing.

I love this place so much because the menu is full of healthy choices. It’s a 100% Sugar free and Gluten free restaurant and bakery. They have a lot of Keto and paleo dishes. They have a variety of breakfast, small plates, salads and sandwiches. And, of course delicious bakery goods.

Last week we ordered “Patty Melted”, “Donkey Burger”, a “Coffeecake” and “Brownies”. The food was great, the meat patty was tasty and no greasy. I loved the sautéed mushrooms and provolone in the patty melted and hubby enjoyed the double patty and bacon on his donkey burger that was topped with a fried egg. Even though the bread is gluten-free and looked a little flimsy, it never crumble and it was a very good combination with the patties.

We also had a couple of goodies to go… they were soft and very tasty. I put the brownie in the microwave for 20 seconds, as per the server instructions, and it was warm, dark chocolate and delicious.
