This week’s KleinLiving Hot Spot of the Week is “WING IT ON”. It’s Fast food restaurant that is obsessed with providing an epic Buffalo-style-wing experience; located on Louetta Rd.

This is a brand new place, the first of many to come to Texas and we just have to stop by and check it out.

The service was great, we asked for recommendations since we weren’t familiar with their food. Of course , their wings are the top item on their menu since they have more than 18 different sauces and 6 dry rubs to choose from sweet and spicy to really hot.

While waiting for our food, Jason, one of the managers, came and talked to us. He told us that this is the first restaurant in Texas and the company is looking to open several more. They are committed to keeping good quality and service and that’s why he is at the restaurant everyday. What makes their wings different is they are made with fresh, never frozen, 100% hormone free chicken and that sauces are made daily in house. Jason also told us that they change their frying oil frequently to keep the good flavors and they have separate friers for different items, to keep from mixing and changing flavors in the food.
 
Last week we ordered “Sho-Stopper Sandwich” with straight cut fries, and “Boneless Wings” with medium Buffalo and garlic-parm curly fries. The sandwich was delicious, the chicken was juicy inside and crispy in the outside with a Shogun sauce that added a little sweetness to the sandwich. The boneless wings were big and juicy and the medium buffalo sauce had a good kick; next time we will try a hotter sauce. 
My husband loves Buffalo Wings and he is always looking for a place to try; for him “Wing it on” is a keeper and we will definitely will be coming back.
