This week KleinLiving Hot Spot of The Week is “Koji Ramen Bar“. It’s a small joint offering a variety of ramen, located on I-45 Southbound, near The Woodlands.
Last weekend, it was raining pretty hard and I was looking for something warm to eat. Was craving for a soup when I came across Koji Ramen Bar and decided to give it a try.
This place has a cool, funky relaxed vibe. It has a very unique murals in a very casual atmosphere. The service is great and the ramen was rich, flavorful perfect for a cold winter day.
Last weekend we ordered “Takoyaki”, “Gyoza”, “Tonkotsu Ramen” and “Spicy Kimchi Miso Ramen”.
The “Takoyaki” was crispy on the outside and soft inside. My son loved the “Gyoza”. The “Tonkotsu Ramen” was amazing, the broth was rich, the pork tender and it has the right amount of ginger for me. My husband loved the “Spicy Kimchi Miso Ramen” he said it was intense and addictive.
