LOCAL BUSINESS OF THE WEEK! Mima Artisan Bakery

This week KleinLiving Local Business is “Mima Bakery“. It’s an artisan bakery; they don’t have a physical location but you can order online and pick it up in Spring, TX.

The first time I tried their desserts was a few months ago. They have their desserts as part of the menu for Guasakaka Food Truck. They also offer bread, appetizers, empanadas, cakes, and many more treats.

I love these desserts because they’re made from scratch and they have the traditional Venezuelan flavors. My son’s favorite fruit is Passion fruit, and they have a delicious Passion fruit dessert. I love the sizes because they are small and the perfect end for any meal.

Last week, we ordered an assortment of small desserts to present at our Annual Client Appreciation Party. It came with mini Lemon Pie, mini Chocolate Marquesa, mini Cannolis, Coconut Truffles, and Profiteroles.

The “Chocolate Marquesa” is a no-bake dessert make with layers of cookies and chocolate. The lemon pie” was tangy and not too sweet. The cannoli is a small pastry fill up with vanilla cream, the profiteroles are small puffs fill with cream and top with a caramel sauce. My favorites were the coconut truffles, they were sweet and soft with a lot of coconuts. All the desserts were fresh and their presentation is excellent
