HOT SPOT OF THE WEEK! Mia Bella Trattoria

This week, KleinLiving Local Business is “Mia Bella Trattoria“. It’s an Italian restaurant; located in the Vintage Park shopping center. I love this place so much because they have an amazing atmosphere, good service, and a delicious “Eggplant Parmigiana.” If you are looking for a great Italian restaurant with great food and freshly made from scratch pasta, go check them out. Last week we ordered “Eggplant Parmigiana”, “Mezzaluna” and “ Ginger-Pecan Bread Pudding”. Every meal comes with their complimentary bread with olive oil/balsamic for dipping. The bread is crusty on the outside and very soft inside, it always warm and delicious.  The Eggplant Parmigiana” is made out of roasted eggplant layers combine with ricotta, it was really tasty and a good alternative to the more traditional lasagna, the tomato basil cream sauce is delicious. The Mezzaluna, it’s pasta filled with ricotta cheese with a marsala sauce and porcini mushroom. The marsala sauce was spot on, not too strong on the acid, very tasteful. For dessert, we got the Bread Pudding, spongy but not too sweet, perfect way to end the meal. Please share this blog, so more people can support this local business. They are open for lunch and dinner.  If you haven’t been to “Mia Bella Trattoria” go for lunch or diner and enjoy their good food while supporting a local business.
