This week KleinLiving Local Business is “Brix Wine Cellars & Restaurant”. It’s a Gastropub bar with an Italian feel; located in the Vintage Park Shopping Center.
The Vintage Park area has many options for dining if you are looking for a place for a drink and a bite; stop by Brix. They have a great outdoor area, so you can keep some social distancing, and usually, there is live music at the plaza.
I love this place so much because it has a casual and relaxed atmosphere, a great selection of wine, and the food is always delicious.
Last week we ordered, “Vegetable Bruschetta” and “Pizza Chasseur” with a Red wine flight and a Ginger buzz. It was my first time trying the Ginger buzz, if you like ginger and want a surprise, this drink is an experience…definitely with a buzz that num your tongue and the refreshing flavor of ginger. I love their bruschetta, the bread is crusty and warm top with delicious tasted vegetables, and top with a balsamic reduction. The pizza was thin and crusty. The combination of flavors was very unique with a flavorful braised beef, gouda, and brie cheese.
I forgot to mention that for desert we have the brownie bread pudding 😋
