This week KleinLiving Local Business is “Kings Blu Jam Cafe”. It’s Louisiana inspire Breakfast-Brunch and Lunch Cafe located on Louetta Rd.
We were driving by looking for a place to have breakfast and we stumble across this little cafe. It’s a family own place full of character, great food, and service.
I love this place so much because our server, Blake, makes us feel like family and since it was our first time, he described the dishes, highlighted the uniqueness of their flavors, and recommended the Chicken and waffles to my hubby.
Last Monday we ordered “Florentine Benedict” and their specialty “Chicken and Waffles”
The food was amazing the combination of flavor very unexpected and well put together. The Florentine Benedict came with a homemade pesto sauce that was fresh and delicious. The waffle from the Chicken and waffle is the most unique combination I’ve tasted. The waffle has jalapeños, bacon, and cheddar inside the batter. And, it comes with their blueberries butter and spicy/cajun syrup.
