I love this place so much because they have great Mexican food and awesome Margaritas. Their ambiance is very casual with Latin music and a great Bar.
Last week we ordered “Molotes de Platano” as a starter and the “Ambriza Fajita Mix” with a Beer and one of their specialty margaritas, “Pineapple Orange Margarita.”
Molotes are plantain stuffed with chorizo and cheese and serve over refried beans. The molts were warm and crispy on the outside and deliciously tasty and cheesy on the inside. It is my favorite starter at Ambriza. The Fajita Mix comes with ribs, chicken, beef, and shrimp; so if you would like a little bit of everything this is a great choice. The fajitas were very well seasoned and I love the sautéed onions with the spiciness of the chiles. Great with warm flour tortillas.
