LOCAL BUSINESS OF THE WEEK! Dracula’s Chimney Cake

I recently found out about a cool spot in Klein, Texas! I love it so much I don’t want to share it… but that would not be good for their business (sigh) so I guess I have to. If you haven’t heard of “Dracula’s Chimney Cakes” then learn it and don’t forget it because this place is unique, delicious and awesome. “Dracula’s Chimney Cakes” is a food truck located at the Tomball’s Food Truck Park 403 EATS. Their specialty is all kinds of Chimney Cakes that they used to make paninis, savory and sweet cakes.

Honestly, they got me hook, line and sinker with their “Brisket Chimney Cake Panini” and of course their famous “Belgium Chocolate chimney cakes”. Seriously, who knew about this place and didn’t tell me?!

Last weekend, we ordered a couple of Brisket Asiago Chimney Paninis, a Belgium Chocolate Chimney Cake and a Cinnamon Chimney Cake. The paninis are so unique, I have never tasted anything similar. They use their savory chimney cake to make the paninis and they were delicious, tasty and the combination between the brisket and the asiago cheese was great. What I love about their sweet chimney cakes is that they are not greasy, and they have the right amount of sweetness.

I love this place so much because their service and attention is great, their food is super unique and their flavors are spot on.

Please share this blog, so more people can support this local business.
