Guasakaca is a food truck that serves Venezuelan Fusion cuisine. They have Burgers, Hot Dogs and Sandwiches. And, Venezuelan food: Arepas, Patacon Cachapa and Empanadas.
Also, you could try the traditional Venezuelan appetizer: “Tequeños” (little cheese fingers wrap in dough and fried); shown at the left of the picture. Our favorite is the “Patacon“, gluten free sandwich made out of fried plantain and stuffed with ham, cheese and coleslaw and your choice of beef, pork or chicken! My son loves the passion fruit juice.
